Whatever and Whatnot October 30th
This guest host prompt is brought to you by Linda!
THE PROMPT: RELAX - what do you do to stress down when you are really stressed.
THE STUFF: teabag , use anything from the teabag or teabag wrapping.
THE Technique: I want to see some kind of spray paint. You can even make your own of some very strong tea or distressed ink in water or what ever you fancy.

This is my take on the prompt. I've used gesso, Distress Stain and mist made of Tea on the background.
My journaling is about what I do when I want to relax. Yes I drink tea and make journals :-)

I couldn't pick just one thing that I do to de-stress so I did my
journal page on a few different things that I do when I'm stressed out. I
make art, I go to bed early and sleep, I have happy hour (cheers!) and I
also read every single day!

Now it's YOUR turn!!
The rules
- Use all three or just one or two parts of the prompts.
- MAKE THEM YOURS. These prompts are IDEAS. They are not set in stone. I do encourage you to stretch yourself. If you find a prompt doesn't speak to you, think on it. Find a way to MAKE it speak to you, and go with that.
- There is NO right or wrong.
- Share your feedback positively. ABSOLUTELY no judging of what others share. (If I find that people aren't following this rule, I will remove links left by that person.)
- This is a place for you to explore! It doesn't matter if you've just gotten here in the middle of the year, or if you've gotten "behind" and don't create every day. It doesn't matter if you don't create at ALL... (although we'd love it if you do)
