Wow. Something about this move has me all discombobulated. I can't seem to get on TOP of anything...
Well. I get on top of one thing at the expense of about five others... so yeah. There's THAT. lol I kept putting of getting this prompt together, because all my words I kept thinking of seemed to start with UN. Apparently, I'm still UN. lol But I realized today, as I was thinking about being UN motivated, Under Stress, UN decided, and UN prepared... That really, what I was longing for was to MOVE. To get BUSY and get on TOP. To finish. To be settled. And that's when I knew what prompt I needed to do
MOVE
My journaling:
Whether it's exercise or emotional movement... let's here what YOU need to MOVE.
Technique to Try:
One of my favorite techniques involves paint! I love paint. I love it a lot. I've ruined more than one set of clothes with it. lol
One of my favorite paint techniques is to use it on found objects and stamp with them. I used all of the items below to create the background for my page. I used my finger to rub the paint on the bubble wrap and stamps. I dipped the rings into paint, and then pressed them onto my page.
